Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your Western gear to you:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Western gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- Original packaging with all accessories included
- Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Footwear that shows signs of wear (including our popular Ankle Boots & Shorties and Casual Shoes)
- Clothing with removed tags or that has been washed
- Personalized or custom items
This doesn’t affect your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Package Your Return
Once approved, we’ll email you return instructions. Please:
- Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging
- Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
- Affix the return label we provide (for US returns)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
For international returns, you’ll need to arrange return shipping. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed
For US returns, use the prepaid label we provide via DHL or FedEx.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
For size or style exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (standard shipping times apply)
For faster service, you may place a new order and return the original item separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
